Certainly helped that Ben sold me my Chevy HHR which I adore but time to replace at over 300K. What I appreciated was the straight talk, and the sincerity of engagement. Not easy in this day and age because the pace if fast. But since this is the 2nd largest purchase for most anyone, I appreciated they took their time to ensure I was comfortable.
