I just recently purchased a vehicle at Crown Nissan and I was very pleased with how well I was treated by everyone at the dealership especially Joel. They gave me more than I excepted for my trade, they fixed a small problem with my new vehicle and when it was delivered to me it was spotless. Outstanding all the way. It will be my new place to shop for any new purchases.

I GIVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY AT LEAST TOOK THE APPOINTMENT. The experience we had with service was nothing but lies and procrastination. Night dropped our vehicle May 4,2023 which was discussed in person Mid April .I was in contact with advisers on Wednesday May 7,2023. said it was going to be ready by 4:00pm and got a call that it was not possible. agreed to leave vehicle and was promised to have all issues completed and cleaned for when we returned on May 13,2023 @ 12;00pm and pick up on way home from airport. vehicle was not even touched!! Advisor said its in the Q ?? would be done end of day it has been in the Q since Mid April Phoned at 5:00pm May 13,2023 and oh yes car is all ready to go. Got to dealer and car was a mess. The car has a slight pull to the right and TPS warning light is on. LIES!! (parts are in, parts not in, really busy) Procrastination! (Had 4 extra days to start and complete work order and left it to the last minute to complete because I went to pick up, it was in the Q supposedly.) Never been so disappointed in my life with lies. We will be reconsidering our next move for our next vehicle that for sure.

When I first met MO, I could truly feel his kindness and professionalism. He handled things quickly without anxiety while signing a contract, and even on the day I took over the car, he showed me such kindness that he even took me to the insurance office himself. I just want to say thank you again.
