What Others Say

If you want to waste 4.5 hours at a dealership, Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to do it! My partner was looking to purchase a used Jeep Gladiator or Jeep Wrangler, and initially we were having a positive experience with the salesperson. He was building trust, showing us different vehicles, and helping narrow down the right fit. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill when it came time to discuss the financials. It became clear that the Gladiator wasn't going to fit within my partner's desired biweekly payment, so the salesperson shifted focus to a Wrangler that would have worked. The salesperson then asked for a deposit. My partner agreed and offered $1,000. When the payment machine was brought over, however, the amount was suddenly $2,000. My partner paid it and was then presented with a deposit agreement. The agreement had the "non-refundable" box checked. My partner immediately stated that he would not agree to a non-refundable deposit and made a note on the paperwork indicating that. The agreement was then returned to us with a lengthy explanation of the biweekly payment amount and the refundable deposit option was crossed out with an 'X'. At that point, the situation started to feel very pressured. I asked if we could take the evening to think about it, but the salesperson responded that he was supposed to be off work two hours earlier and wanted to get a deal done. Despite repeatedly expressing our concerns, neither the salesperson nor the finance representative seemed interested in listening. Eventually, I stated that we were not agreeing to the terms and requested the deposit be refunded immediately. What had already been a naturally stressful situation involving a major purchase had become a high-pressure sales environment. After some back and forth, the finance representative did return the deposit. There were other concerns as well. When reviewing the CARFAX report provided to us, a page was missing. The pages were numbered "1/4," "2/4," and "3/4," but the fourth page was nowhere to be found. Whether intentional or not, it did not inspire confidence. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is simple: stand your ground, ask questions, insist on seeing all documentation, and do not let yourself be rushed into a decision. Their goal is to make a sale. In fact, our salesperson told us that we would have been his 14th sale of the month. There is nothing wrong with wanting to sell vehicles, but there is a problem when pressure tactics begin to outweigh the customer's needs and comfort level. Before signing anything or providing a deposit, ask to see all paperwork regarding the vehicle and any agreements before entering the finance room, including the fine print. Take the time you need to review everything carefully, regardless of how much pressure is being applied. This experience left a very poor taste in our mouths. We will never recommend Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone, and we will not be returning.

I currently needed assistance in Calgary with my Jeep. Because we were from Regina I needed to find a repair shop I could rely on. We took it to Courtesy Chry/Jeep and they were very helpful. Brian my service advisor kept me updated and the repairs were done o time. Thank you very much for your service.

The work on replacing my fuel pump was done professionally and on time. Brandy explained how long it would take and Kyle did an excellent job in diagnosing the issue and replacing the fuel pump. My Grand Cherokee works much better now.

Jeannie was extremely helpful on the phone and had great assistance for me. Brian in service was also great, I have trust in how he communicates

The salesman did a very good job at reaching out several times. I would highly recommend him

This dealership is top notch. I had an outstanding experience at the Courtesy Chrysler Jeep dealership and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Diesel Dilraj was my sales representative, and he was exceptional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer every question without any pressure. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers find the right vehicle. Adrienne, who worked alongside him, was just as impressive—friendly, organized, and always quick to follow up. Together, they made a fantastic team and ensured everything moved along efficiently. I also had the pleasure of working with Hishram in finance, and he was excellent. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process easy to understand, and was great to deal with overall—transparent, professional, and respectful of my time. The level of service I received from this dealership really stands out. Prompt communication, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that genuinely goes the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Five stars all the way.
