We had a full service, tire rotation and inspection completed while enroute to Prince George. The front desk staff made a special effort to fit us in, and the work completed by the technicians was great. 3 weeks old 2017 F350 broke down now out of work since they refuse to give me a lender truck for work. bob said they would pull parts from a new truck to fix mine next day i'm told i have to wait the 5 days for parts to show up, I called head office since i have a history with ford there not to happy will be taking my money else wear. worse dealer to deal with as long as they get your money they dont care they do not work for the costumer.

I hate having to bring my car in to get serviced. Though I dont feel zny different about the experience, christian at cariboo makes the process go well. Friendly and good humoured, it makes me feel better about having to come in

I'm out of town. Needed repairs in an urgent matter due to hospitalized family member. Diagnosed, repaired at almost no cost, reassured, given coffee and a quiet place to wait. Outstanding service

Have a serious failure of ICP sensor on F-350 SUPER DUTY 2004 truck. Contacted Cariboo ford. They will not honour ICP failure recall. Contacted Ford Corp office at 1 800 565 3673. Was advised that they will not be accountable for vehical failure potential to an accident or injury. I am very dissapointed with ford as per thier unprofessional conduct relating to poor craftsmanship. I would not advise anyone to buy a ford diesle at all..And I will be contacting Global news as well Lance Ritter
