I purchased a brand new Cadillac, beautiful ride. However, the service is a big fat zero. There is nothing about the customer service that I could find a positive about. If I could rate this dealership a zero, I would.
We Contacted dealership to set up a test drive and got a quick response from salesman Zoran. We Showed up for appointment the next day and Zoran said the car was probably dead and gave us the key to go check. The car didn’t start, we informed him and he said he’d get someone to help us. Half hour later we got tired of waiting and went to return the key. At which point Zoran brought out a booster pack to try to start the car which did not work. We said we would come back in a little while and give him some time to get it going. His response was that he wasn’t getting paid to sell an “as is” car and complained about having to do ALL this work (of getting out of his desk chair and walking a booster pack to the car). We were somewhat at a loss for words at his disappointing effort and he just shrugged and walked away. Very poor customer service.

Customer service is horrible they sold me a vehicle with a transmission issue and now they want me to drive the vehicle back to London from sudbury and not even compensate me.
