I purchased a 2025 Hybrid Maverick from Brown Bros in November. Unfortunately, just three days after taking it off the lot, the shifter malfunctioned, leaving the truck undrivable. Since then, the vehicle has been waiting on a replacement part that is currently on backorder. While this situation is obviously unlucky, the lack of communication and support has been disappointing. Ford head office did approve a temporary loaner (a Santa Cruz), but has not replied any follow up emails I've sent. Brown Bros has also offered very little assistance. I never heard back from the sales associate I worked with, and when I contacted management, I was told the issue was entirely out of their hands and that responsibility fell solely on head office. I am actively paying for a truck that I cannot drive, and I would have expected the dealership that sold it to take a more proactive role in supporting me. At the very least, some effort to advocate on my behalf would have gone a long way. I don’t want to portray them negatively, but I do expect a level of service that earns a positive review.

Exceptional Service at Brown Brothers Lincoln – Highly Recommended! I recently had an unfortunate incident where my car needed to be towed to the dealership during icy conditions, making the process frustrating. However, the outstanding service from Vickie, the Assistant Service Manager at Brown Brothers Lincoln in Vancouver, turned this into a surprisingly positive experience. Vickie went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. She helped coordinate a rental car, arranged for Jenni ( who was also fantastic) from her team to personally deliver a loaner vehicle to me, and checked in daily with updates. Her dedication to customer service was truly exceptional. When I picked up my car, she even had a thoughtful Valentine’s gift for my kids—an unexpected but deeply appreciated touch. Having owned multiple new cars across different brands, I can confidently say that the level of service at Brown Brothers Lincoln far exceeds expectations. In an industry where great service can be hit or miss, Vickie and her team set the bar high. I highly recommend them for your next purchase or service needs!

Quite a disappointing and deceitful business experience with no honour in their mistakes or their error for misleading potential buyers. I was attempting to purchase a vehicle on trade, and during our initial conversations with the sales person, I was asked what we are looking for on trade, and after stating what we were looking for, the sales person came back to us and said yes, this is a reasonable trade and said he just needs to confirm with a manager but said even if we can’t match, it should be within 1-2k of what we were asking. After a couple days of talking and working with them, they finally come back, and say they can only offer us 10k under asking. No apologies, no attempt to negotiate. Even after admitting they did wrong, they do nothing but deflect blame to their sales staff and have no spine to standing up to their mistakes and uphold a decent business reputation. I even offered to meet them half way, understanding there may have been a mistake. They are greedy and don’t care about earning a customer’s business and immediately offer to give me back my deposit than try to work out a deal.

Best white glove service every time. It's always a treat dealing with the staff here. They set the bar high in all areas of what service should consist of. Thank you for a pleasant experience always.

Got my 18 Ford Fusion Sport from Robin, been driving it ever since. 325 HP and 375 Ib*ft of torque, overtaking cars at 2000 rpm, I cannot ask for more. Robin is a great salesperson as well. If I ever gonna buy a Ford, I will get it from him.

Buyer beware, don’t trust the pictures. Purchased a used vehicle from out of town for $20,000 + hood had so many rock chips it needs to be painted. Disappointed to say the least. Flew down one way to pick up the car during COVID and wanted to eliminate unnecessary travel so I trusted the dealer. Bad mistake on my part.
