The series of events began with the purchase of our brand-new 2023 Longhorn Ram, which quickly turned into a saga of incompetence, breaches of confidentiality, and unprofessionalism. The first red flag arose just two days after taking possession of the vehicle, when the dealership contacted me to demand an additional $500. This unexpected charge was attributed to their own mistake in miscalculating a licensing fee. It's astonishing that a dealership of Bay King's supposed caliber could make such a blatant error, leaving me questioning the competency of their staff. As if the financial inconvenience wasn't enough, the situation took a nosedive when I discovered a breach of confidentiality by one of their salesmen. In what can only be described as a shocking violation of privacy, my personal phone number was disclosed to the individual who purchased the truck I had traded in. This revelation was supposedly to facilitate the transfer of the extended warranty into the new owner's name, a task the dealership had initially refused to assist with during the sales negotiation process. Attempting to resolve these issues, I reached out to the Sales Manager, only to be met with a string of excuses and a lack of accountability. Subsequent discussions with the salesman revealed a concerning level of audacity, as he chose to communicate solely through text message. Despite my attempts to address the breach of confidentiality and the unresolved financial matters, my call and text were ignored. To add insult to injury, the dealership received an overpayment on my traded-in vehicle, and despite promises to rectify the situation, the outstanding funds have yet to be returned. It is alarming that a company entrusted with significant financial transactions and sensitive customer information could display such a lack of professionalism and accountability. My experience with Bay King Chrysler serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. The dealership's actions have left me disillusioned and frustrated, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging in any transactions with this establishment. Don’t expect to get good customer service. Service manager is so rude. Literally has the biggest attitude on the planet! I am disappointed with my purchase. Has never stopped having issues since purchased. Shame I have to keep dealing with them.

First of all I have bought a few car there. The service has been always great, but this last car I bought, Krystal Campbell has been even better. Help me out when I was frustrated with car because I dod not understand it but she was there to help always. The rest of the staff very helpful also. I recommend this dealership to anyone if not all.

11 months ago I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler in to get blistering paint defects repaired and was approved. Today I checked on how much longer it would be, and now they tell me that they have too many Jeeps with the same defects and they won't fix mine because BAY KING is too busy!!! "Here's the phone number for Jeep Canada" she says!

I had a splendid experience at the Bay King Chrysler, a week ago. Kate Edson, the Service Advisor I delt with, was extremely helpful and clearly enjoys her job of helping people. She pulled so may strings that I thought were out of reach, sparing my warranty as a result. A referral to a rental company & a free shuttle were a nice touch. I could not have been happier with the quick, accurate assessment and the corresponding outcome. Highly recommended!

Great experience with sales!!!! No doubt!!! UNPLEASANT experience with SERVICE DEPT. Transparency, quality in workmanship, customer satisfaction in the service dept. is most definitely lacking. My concerns with warranty work of course were looked after BUT the work was not done very well. Ordered parts where not installed properly or in alignment. Asked for this work to be redone and was told NO!!! After only 3 service visits was told to leave premises and not to return and to go to another dealership (instructions from owner). Vehicle was scratched, damaged, dirty, dusty and greasy inside when returned to me on first service visit(brand new vehicle)!!!! I addressed these issues to service manager and owner...no accountability from anyone!!! (Only one person that assisted me and he does not work there anymore. How unfortunate because he was very professional). I was told by service manager that I could NOT speak to tech either. I asked for my service invoice and was refused that as well. They would not give it to me ( I am legally entitled to this) as parts were replaced on this service visit. Oh and one more thing, I asked various times for an owners manual in Englsh for my brand new vehicle and I still do not have it ( 9 months later). The bathroom facilities are very clean. The receptionist at the front is amazing!!!
