I had a great experience with Justin at Winnipeg kia, Waverley and Found the exact car I wanted with excellent customer service and attention to detail. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.
Last week I received amazing customer service, which is rare these days! Justin at Winnipeg Kia, Waverley, was most helpful. He validated my predicament and tried to find a fair solution. When I left, I was feeling much less stress and hopeful for a good outcome.
I posted a 1-star rating sometimes due to my unpleasant experience with Winnipeg Kia, but this time around, I am posting a 5-star rating for Winnipeg Kia at Waverley. Sometimes last year, my van's sliding doors weren't closing properly, and it has a warranty, I took it to the dealer, but some things weren't documented properly. I reached out again this year. I was informed of the wrong documentation, Brayden made sure proper documentation was done and the van's doors were fixed. From the lady that picked my call (sorry didn't get her name) to Brayden Brach that ensured I got top-notch service and the Shuttle driver, you guys rock. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Winnipeg Kia was excellent to deal with. They are professional and friendly with no pressure. We are extremely happy with our new 2022 Seltos and would recommend Winnipeg Kia to all our friends and family!!
Sales Dan misled me over the phone, and when he couldn’t honer the price on site he told me to get out, it’s to buy a new vehicle
I went in knowing pretty much exactly what I wanted, so there wasn’t much to be toured around about. Nevertheless, Michael was incredibly courteous in helping me buy my new Forte. In addition, Tony from the financing department was also just as helpful in helping me get approved for my financing, explaining my payments and other various options. The entire process was quick and I’m so excited to have my very car. Thank you both! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
