Our experience at Pine Tree Lincoln was EXCEPTIONAL! The sales and support teams provide excellent service and were incredibly accommodating. Our sales consultant Omid, was very helpful and patient. When our 2026 Corsair was delivered, the unveiling was a memorable experience. Following this the entire management team that was available, came to personally thank us and welcome us to the Lincoln family. It is now 2 weeks after the delivery and we continue to receive welcome messages from Pine Tree Lincoln management and today we just received flowers to thank us for our business. Top notch! Experience with sales and financing was phenomenal. No problems with that. Unfortunately the used car I bought was sold to me in not the best condition. First there was the fact they were supposed to replace a light that was missing and no one did, thankfully I noticed when I was picking it up and they put it in that day. I noticed on my drive home there was rattling and wasn’t sure if it was normal, it had been extremely windy since I bought the car and before the week was over I messaged my sales associate, he confirmed it sounded like rattling and to get them to look at it. Also within the first 2-3 days of having the car a crack showed up from below the passenger side wiper blade (dealership said not their problem so that’s a $1000 expense I’m getting hit with when I know whatever chip would have been there prior to me having it). My washer fluid was low as well and fall leaves were still under the hood, my passenger side wiper wasn’t hooked in correctly either so them missing a chip seems likely to me. My key fob battery is low too so just so many minor inconveniences for a car I just bought. I had to take a day off work to go to the service department since they only have the service area opened during work hours, it’s also 45 mins from me and I didn’t have many options to get to work after. When the rattling noise was looked at the service department tried to charge me an amount for tightening it and telling me to drive more careful as I probably hit it on snow. I said I just bought the car and there hasn’t been snow. I also mentioned that it was rattling from day 1. They eventually told me they wouldn’t charge me after I had to stand up for myself that I wouldn’t pay, but they added to be “mindful” when driving over snow. Now that I don’t have the rattling I can hear a new noise when driving, I can’t take another day off to get them to look at it so I guess I’ll have to go to my mechanic and just eat the costs. This experience went from fantastic to terrible as I can tell they didn’t actually look under the hood. Just because certification is all digital doesn’t mean they still can’t miss things. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend buying a used car through this dealership as a car I financed for over $25k is costing me in the thousands now and time off work to deal with. I was hoping to invest in a new car in the next 5 years but it definitely won’t be here.
I leased a new Bronco from Jennifer and she made the whole process smooth and professional. It was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone to ask for Jennifer. You won't be disappointed.
