We just bought a car from West Edmonton Go Honda. The salesman was very helpful and enthusiastic. He explained everything well and we are comfortable we have made the correct decision. Thank you Arsen Pogosov.
We had a very good experience here. Jean made everything very easy for us to purchase our new vehicle.
I only left a one because the sales guy was awesome. But when it came time to financial we were waiting in the office for 2 hours was rushed through all the information. Under the impression that what she was saying was covered under the base price not additional add on. Never asked once’s if we wanted the add on or even tell us the price of the add on. I feel I got swindled or scammed. However you want to put it. Taking advantage of us because we drove 2 hours just to purchase this vehicle. And now I feel like hurt and betrayed. Never again will I go to Go Honda.
I am extremely angry and frustrated with Go Honda over the personal data breach that has affected me. My private information was compromised, and I am now dealing with the consequences. Include solving the problem with collectors My credit score drop down as well And who will fix all that staff ????? When I called to reception to direct me to the manager , for my complaint , I was told a manager would call me back, but it has been two days, and I still have not received any response. Something good to say : they have few nice people who working in sales But as I mentioned above Management and privacy for clients untrusted
Ate Jeane Absalon is very nice and accommodating. As first-time car buyers, we truly appreciated how she guided us every step of the way. She was very informative and always responsive to all our questions, making the whole process much easier for us to understand. From the very beginning of our inquiry until we finally received the car, she was consistently professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. We never felt pressured into making a decision, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Instead, she made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us time to decide what was best for us. Overall, we had a very smooth and positive experience because of her excellent customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My whole experience with this dealership has been horrendous. Starting with reception who could use a course in customer service. She was very curt, never smiled and never said please or thank you when taking my money. The finance person was very aggressive pushing me to take all the options. The first time driving at night ( 2 days after picking it up) I noticed my fog light was burned out, I called the dealership and was told it passed safety inspection so they are not responsible. As a senior I feel I have been taken advantage of and have suffered extreme stress with this transaction, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
