Our vehicles have been butchered time after time,not a good place for auto service repairs.Will never again buy another GM vehicle and especially from Highland GM Aurora.0 star rating today.Avoid GM,junk.

Absolutely Un-Professional and Irresponsible at Service . Took my XT5 Cadillac for oil change, At the end noticed all 4 tires pressure gages that was working before service are not working anymore! When asked why, the reply was "May be the Batteries are dead". Apparently all Four tires Pressure gage Batteries died at the same time when I took the vehicle for oil change!!

Absolutely terrible experience here with Jack Mattson and his management team. Not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews here. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention that they offered $3000 to $5000 less for my trade than 5 other dealers. Even though this place is 5kms from my home, I would travel 100kms to avoid it. Not to mention all of the business they are going to lose as we buy 2 or 3 vehicles per year. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this joke of a dealership.

Purchased a 2023 XT5 Sport on Friday June 30 with Jansen as our Salesman. Could not have asked for a better outcome. Jansen and Brooks made our day in purchasing this vechicle an amazing day as they went over and above everything they did for us. Amazing is not enough appreciation for the experience we had at the dealership as these two salesmen were fabulous. Turned around and sold the car I purchased next day. Heartbroken to see the car I was promised (and paid for) go to another person. Sales was not honest.
